8'' x 18'' Reclamation Tank with Hemi Lid (No Fittings)

This 8” x 18” Reclamation Tank with Hemi Lid is perfect for an extractor who is looking to upgrade their capacity or looking for a solution to process a lot of material. Even if you don’t require the full capacity of the reclamation tank at the start of your extraction career, the larger tanks can still run at reduced capacity until you are ready to run a larger extraction unit that requires increased solvent capacity. Buying the larger version saves you money in the long term as you won’t need to buy two units.  

The reclamation tank is used to fill the material columns with solvent, and then used to recover the solvent from the collection base. A reclamation tank also allows you to recycle the solvent which in turn keeps the extraction costs down. BHO Hardware reclamation tanks are designed to work perfectly with all our extraction kits with efficiency and ease of use the focus of all our products.

The hemispherical lid has two viewing ports that allow the extractor to view the solvent movement and always have an accurate indication of the volume of solvent in the tank. The inside of the reclamation tank has a level indicator which allows you to see the amount of liquid solvent you have in the tank. The hemi lid allows for 20% expansion of the solvent. All reclamation tanks are supplied with a dip stick which allows the movement of liquid solvent.

The reclamation tank has 4 x ¼ MNPT, 2 viewing ports and an inner level indicator.

The reclamation add on is supplied with the following fittings and adapters:

• ¼” FNPT 316 SS ball valves.
• Stainless steel PTFE braided hose 2m.
• 60mm vacuum gauge: -30hg to 100PSI.
• ¼” MNPT – MBSP 316 SS adapter.
• Dip stick.
• 11700ml of Solvent (28 cans of Whip-It! Premium Butane).
