1. Unpacking and Setup
- Carefully remove the machine from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a stable, non-slip surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure access to mains power (110V outlet, UK adapter may be required).
- Do not operate outdoors or in wet environments.
2. Powering Up the System
- First, power on the washing vessel using the main switch.
- Then power on the LT3 touchscreen controller.
- If the controller does not start, turn both units off, wait 30 seconds, and restart in the correct sequence.
Operating Instructions
1. Loading the Machine
- Place your material in compatible mesh filtration bags.
- Gently insert the bags into the drum, avoiding overloading.
- Ensure materials are clean and appropriately chilled if needed for your process.
2. Programming the Wash Cycle
- Use the LT3 controller to set your preferred cycle duration, drum speed (RPM), and number of cycles.
- The system features Flo-Tex™ agitation for uniform processing.
3. Running the Wash
- Press “Start” on the LT3 controller.
- Monitor the process and make adjustments as necessary.
4. After the Wash
- Open the drainage valve to remove processed water.
- Carefully remove filtration bags and rinse them if needed.
- Rinse the inside of the drum with clean, cold water.
Cleaning & Maintenance

Routine Cleaning:
After each use, flush the drum and accessories with clean water. Use a mild, non-abrasive detergent if needed. -
Drying:
Allow all components to dry completely before storing. -
Inspection:
Regularly check all seals, valves, and cables for wear or damage. -
Lubrication:
Periodically inspect the gearbox and apply lubrication as per the manufacturer’s guidance.
