6” x 6” Extraction Base with Hemi Lid
BHO Hardware’s exclusive range of stainless steel extractor systems are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and are ideal for extracting essential health oils from plants such as lavender and rose.
As well as selling complete extraction kits we also sell the components separately so BHO extractors can purchase individual items, this allows extractors to expand and upgrade their equipment at their own pace and less of an upfront capital investment that a complete closed loop kit requires.
The 6” x 6” extraction base complete on add, is the base that is used in our shield and magnum kits, it is the perfect add on for extractors who are looking into upgrading their Apollo or Gemini Kits or replacing their existing extraction base. The hemispherical lid has 2 viewing ports, this allows the extractor to observe the inside of the extraction base which enables the levels of solvent and the colour of oil to be monitored throughout the extraction process.
The The 1.5” Tri Clamp Port can be used to attach a 1.5” ball valve that is used to control the flow of solvent and oil from the blast tube, it also allows the solvent to soak the material in the blast tube. The hemispherical lid comes with 4 x ¼” Male NPT Ports, 2 viewing windows and 1.5” Tri Clamp Port.
