BHO Hardware’s exclusive range of stainless steel systems are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and are ideal for extracting essential health oils from plants such as lavender and rose.
As well as selling complete extraction kits, we also sell the component parts separately. This allows extractors to expand and upgrade their equipment at their own pace with less of an upfront capital investment when compared to a complete closed loop kit requires.
The 8†x 8†extraction base with hemi lid is the ideal size for extractors who are looking into upgrading the large Apollo kits or upgrading their existing extraction base for a larger capacity. The hemispherical lid has 2 viewing ports, allowing the extractor to observe the inside of the base. This means levels of solvent and the colour of the oil can be monitored throughout the process.
The 4 x ¼†male NPT ports allow this kit to be used with standard industry-wide fittings. The 1.5†tri clamp port can be used to attach a 1.5†ball valve that is used to control the flow of solvent and oil from the blast tube - this also allows the solvent to soak the material in the blast tube. The hemispherical lid comes with 4 x ¼†male NPT Ports, 2 x viewing windows and a 1.5†tri clamp port.
This base unit comes without any fittings giving the extractor ultimate flexibility to select which ones they need. The unit is not supplied with a splatter platter.
