Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Botanical Health Oils Hardware Ltd, but if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in resalable condition.
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you must return the items within 14 days, ideally in their original packaging.

Waste Collection Made Easy
The Dry MT200 Lite is designed for efficient and hygienic trimming of botanical plant material. A critical component of its operation is the waste collection system, which ensures debris, leaves, and fine particles are safely and cleanly removed from the trimming area.
As botanical material is fed into the MT200 Lite, its internal blades and tumbler mechanism strip excess leaves and fine matter from botanical material. This debris falls into a vacuum intake port built into the body of the machine. The airflow ensures that these materials are pulled away before they accumulate or re-circulate within the trimming chamber.
After the centrifugal vacuum pulls the waste out of the MT200 Lite, the air—and everything it carries—is funneled into a pore collection bag (made of fine mesh or breathable synthetic fabric). Here's how the system functions:
Debris Separation: The mesh of the bag allows air to escape while trapping solid particles.
Easy Cleaning: The bag is easily removable and can be emptied, washed, or replaced as needed.
Trichome Recovery: In some cases with finer pore bags, trichomes can be collected separately for processing.
