BHO Hardware’s exclusive range of stainless steel systems are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and are ideal for extracting essential health oils from plants such as lavender and rose.
As well as selling complete extraction kits, we also sell the component parts separately. This allows extractors to expand and upgrade their equipment at their own pace with less of an upfront capital investment when compared to a complete closed loop kit requires.
The 6x6 extraction base which is used in our shield and magnum kits, is the perfect starting size for extractors who are looking into upgrading the Apollo or Gemini Kits or replacing their existing extraction base. The hemispherical lid has 2 viewing ports, allowing the extractor to observe the inside of the extraction base - this enables the levels of solvent and the colour of oil to be monitored throughout the extraction process.
The 4 x ¼†male NPT ports allow this kit to be used with standard industry-wide fittings. The 1.5†tri clamp port can be used to attach a 1.5†ball valve that is used to control the flow of solvent and oil from the blast tube. It also allows the solvent to soak the material in the blast tube. The hemispherical lid comes with 4 x ¼†male NPT ports, 2 x viewing windows and a 1.5†tri clamp port.
This base unit comes without any fittings giving the extractor ultimate flexibility to select which ones they need. The unit is not supplied with a splatter platter.
