UK Orders Over £50 – Free Next Day Delivery

UK Orders Under £50 – £8 (Next Day Delivery)

UK Orders Next Day AM – £20

UK Orders Saturday AM – £30

International Orders – Costs Worked Out At Checkout.

All parcels are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

If your order weighs over 30 kg, additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Botanical Health Oils Hardware Ltd, but if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in resalable condition.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you must return the items within 14 days, ideally in their original packaging.

Shop Pay Instalments

Shop Pay Instalments allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into 4 equal interest-free payments, taken automatically every two weeks. There are no hidden fees, and approval is handled instantly at checkout. Payments can be managed easily through your Shop Pay account.

PayPal Pay in 3

PayPal Pay in 3 allows you to divide your purchase into three equal interest-free payments over two months. The first payment is made at checkout, followed by two automatic payments each month. It is available on orders between £30 and £2,000, and approval is completed instantly through your PayPal account. You can view, manage, or make payments easily through the PayPal app or your online account.

Klarna

Klarna offers two flexible ways to pay. With Pay in 3 instalments, your order total is divided into three equal payments, taken every 30 days with no interest or fees when paid on time. Alternatively, you can choose Pay Later in 30 Days, allowing you to receive your order first and settle the balance within 30 days. Klarna provides instant approval at checkout, and all payments can be managed securely through the Klarna app.

Clearpay

Clearpay lets you spread the cost of your purchase into four equal interest-free payments, taken automatically every two weeks. The first instalment is paid at the time of purchase, and the remaining three are collected automatically over six weeks. Clearpay is available for orders between £30 and £1,000 and can be managed easily through the Clearpay app.
