8” x 8” Extraction Base with Hemi Lid 1.5” Tri Clamp Port BHO Hardware’s exclusive range of stainless steel extractor systems are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and are ideal for extracting essential health oils from plants such as lavender and rose.
As well as selling complete extraction kits we also sell the components separately so BHO extractors can purchase individual items, this allows extractors to expand and upgrade their equipment at their own pace and less of an upfront capital investment that a complete closed loop kit requires. The 8” x 8” extraction base with hemi lid, is the ideal size for extractors who are looking into upgrading the large Apollo Kits or upgrading their existing extraction base for a larger capacity.
The hemispherical lid has 2 viewing ports, this allows the extractor to observe the inside of the extraction base, this enables the levels of solvent and the colour of oil to be monitored throughout the extraction process. The 4 x ¼” Male NPT ports allow this kit to be used with industry wide standard fittings. The 1.5” Tri Clamp Port can be used to attach a 1.5” ball valve that is used to control the flow of solvent and oil from the blast tube, it also allows the solvent to soak the material in the blast tube.
The hemispherical lid comes with 4 x ¼” Male NPT Ports, 2 viewing windows and 1.5” Tri Clamp Port.
